Session-Based Academic Eligibility (2026–27 Intake)

  • Class 10 (or equivalent) must be passed in 2022 or later
  • Students with more than 2 years academic gap after Class 12 are not eligible

⚠️ Important Notice for Students & Parents

  • International students are NOT eligible for MBBS in Bangladesh if there is a gap of more than 2 years after Class 12.
  • This rule is mandatory and applies to all Bangladeshi medical colleges without exception.
  • Medical colleges cannot "manage" or bypass this rule under any circumstances.

Clarification: Eligibility for foreign students requires an Equivalent Certificate issued by DG Health, Bangladesh. This verification process is strict and non-negotiable.

Protect Yourself from Fraud

Some consultancies misguide students by claiming they can "manage" eligibility issues by charging extra money. This is false and unsafe.

In such cases, false or counterfeit academic documents may be created to hide the academic gap. While this may sometimes appear to work temporarily, it can lead to:

  • Serious problems during the course of study
  • Cancellation of admission and academic documents
  • Students being forced to return to India without completing MBBS

As stated in official DGME guidelines: "Fabrication of any documents in the admission process is subjected to cancellation of admission which will be punishable under law."

"At Medientry Bangladesh, we clearly explain what is possible and what is not — because your future matters more than short-term admission."

Being Transparent

Challenges to Consider

We believe in complete transparency. Here are some challenges you should be aware of before making your decision.

Fee Comparison

Some countries offer lower headline fees, but often with tradeoffs around recognition and exam readiness.

College Quality Varies

Not every private college offers the same academic environment, so careful selection matters.

Language Adaptation

Basic Bangla can help during patient interaction in later clinical years.
